Mrs. Simbeck owned and operated several businesses prior to founding Simbeck and Associates in 1992. She continues her oversight role from Moab, UT.
A Graduate of Harvard University and with decades of experience in the field of geosynthetics, Duff not only leads the team at Simbeck and Associates, but also lends his expertise to improving awareness and advancements in the geosynthetics industry. As an active board member of FGI Duff works with some of the best and brightest in the industry to improve installation standards and education for all installers.
With over a decade of field experience and a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Brendan is able to apply his technical skills and passion for process development to many of the areas of operation at Simbeck and Associates. From estimating to welding and QC Training, CAD design and project management, Brendan pursues continual improvement at all stages to ensure project success.
Tom had traveled with Simbeck and Associated for 20 years. His diverse experience with all liners on the market, dedication to site safety and employee training - combined with a proven track record - sets him apart managing jobs in the field.
After 4 years with Simbeck and Associates, Victor has excelled at field Quality Control, fabrication and installation methods and procedures of all geomembrane types. His leadership, organizational and technical abilities quickly elevated him to Field Supervisor here at Simbeck.
Chris has worked in construction all his life and has proven to be an exceptional installation supervisor. Approaching each job with thorough planning and executing with hard work, a problem-solving attitude, and a lead by example management style, Chris pursues excellence as he leads his team to success even on the most demanding and challenging of projects.
Ervin is a second-generation liner installer with over 15 years at Simbeck and Associates. Ervin’s technical welding abilities on an array of geosynthetic liners and welding machines is unmatched. As a mentor to up and coming welders Ervin demonstrates the versatility, integrity and quality work that Simbeck is known for.
A veteran of the liner industry, Jerry joins Simbeck and Associates with over a decade of experience in a variety of construction management positions.
Kay started with Simbeck over 7 years ago originally as Office Manager and continues to apply her super-efficient and organized approach now contributing to project management, estimating and marketing departments.
Based out of Simbeck’s main construction office in Mancos CO Diane is the first point of contact when calling our office. She oversees material orders and invoicing and supports all field and office staff as needed. Diane is an invaluable asset to our organization with her wide range of abilities, methodical and common-sense approach to her work.
With over 25 years total in Management Accounting and 16 years at Simbeck and Associates Mr. Skinner is well versed in navigating the complex and ever-changing Federal and state reporting requirements across the country.
